We conduct site inspections for all of the developments that we manage. As part of our inspections we check for broken lights, light fittings and used light bulbs in the communal areas including the external areas, car park (if applicable) and stores. However, we always appreciate the help of residents in reporting lighting faults so that they can quickly be rectified.
