These include residential estates, blocks of flats, retirement flats, new and mixed-tenure developments. As a family run business, we are proud to say we have been helping people for nearly 40 years.

Ian Gibbs Estate Management Ltd has invested in leading property management software in order to provide detailed reporting on financial information and to help with any other requests our clients may have. We are dedicated to providing a high quality service.  All our property managers undertake the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM) qualification. In addition, we comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and hold Professional Indemnity Insurance.

ARMA represents companies engaged in the management of residential leasehold blocks of flats in England and Wales.
